At Our Town Medical, we limit our number of patients in order to better serve you. Our services, which are provided for one low monthly fee, include:
Personalized care from medical professionals who know you well
In-clinic visits and house calls
Quality time with your medical professional in a relaxed, unhurried visit
Direct contact with us by email, mobile phone, or text
Lacerations, lesion removals, breathing treatments, EKGs, and more at no extra cost
Do we accept insurance? Happily, no. Fees are collected by credit card charge on a monthly basis.

Fees
Our services are provided for one simple monthly fee. A one-time registration charge of $75 per adult is assessed at the time of enrollment.
Children 0-19 - $40/month (with at least one parent membership)
Adults 20-44 - $95/month
Adults 45-64 - $120/month
Adults 64+ - $140/month
